HOW DOES THE RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF KIDSUP GLOBALS WORK?
KidsUp Globals’ returns, exchange and cancellation policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased conveniently within a specified period (check product details page for the same). The product should be in its original packaging and perfect condition.
Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure that they meet the return criteria listed in the policy. Failure of this will result in unacceptance of the sold product and shipping of it back to the delivery address. Refunds will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed the quality check.
In case of incorrect size or any defect, the product will be exchanged subjecting to the availability and the states address being serviceable for exchanges. The delivery agent will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it back to us, obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Due to health & hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from return policy:
- Inner wear
- Accessories
- Toys
- Essentials
- Discounted Merchandise
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
1) All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2) Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
3) In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO KIDSUP GLOBAL, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
You can return products purchased from KidsUp Global within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same), except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for a limited number of days.
Online Exchange
You can exchange your item for one of a different size or color by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will be extra shipping and handling fees that have to be borne by the customer. If the item that you’re exchanging is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on Website/M-site.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS:
You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
