An order can be returned to us without incurring any additional fees if returned within the time frame provided on the product page. Click here to learn more about the return or exchange process.

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping options. All you need to do is select the option during the final payment step and pay an additional of Rs 500. 

To cancel your order, you must be logged in to your account. In your Orders tab, you’ll find the option to cancel your order.

Once the order gets confirmed, you will receive an email with the confirmation and receipt of your order.

If you choose to pay online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Net Banking, and PayPal. We do have cash on delivery and EMI options available. Choose the most convenient methods for you while you’re on the last steps of paying.

We suggest double-checking your account or card details and try again. If that doesn’t work, you need to contact your bank to resolve the issue.

We never reveal your complete credit card, debit card, or bank account number to anyone. 


To track your order details, login to your account -> click on My Account -> Order and enter the required details.

The delivery of your order totally depends on the ‘type of delivery’ you chose while ordering.

The term “late delivery” refers to a seller’s deviation from the scheduled delivery date. This delay is not the buyer’s fault. Sometimes it’s due to a courier service’s or online retailer’s tardy shipping.

Returns & Refunds

The majority of things purchased through KidsUp are returnable. However, you can only return things that are expressly marked as ‘returnable’ on the product description page and/or in our returns policy & you must do it within the return window time. 

Please see the Returns & Refunds policy for further information on which products are “non-returnable” and the precise return periods for the categories that can be returned. 

Items are returnable if you got them in the following condition:

  • Physically harmed
  • Is there a missing product?
  • Defective
  • Unlike the description on’s product detail page.
  1. Navigate to Your Orders. (Ensure you have already signed in)
  2. Select an item for return or replacement.
  3. Continue by selecting the reason from the menu.

If the item received came physically damaged/defective, differs from the description on the product detail page, or is missing components or accessories. It is eligible for a free replacement. (as long as the same item is available from the same seller)

Upon successful pickup, the refund will be initiated in accordance with refunds policy. The refund amount/ reimbursement sum is expected to reflect in the customer account upon successful pickup & after the warehouse has passed the quality check.
